1.  Definitions

“JungleBuggs” is a brand associated with Maverick Ventures, which includes its employees, guides, agents, and representatives.
“Client/Guest” means the person or persons booking and participating in the safari.
“Safari” means the tour and all related services provided by the Maverick Ventures under the brand “JungleBuggs” as outlined in the booking confirmation.

2.  Booking and Payment

2.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 100% advance of the total safari cost.
2.2 Full payment is due within 24 hours of safari booking confirmation
2.3 The Firm reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment

3.  Cancellation/Amendment/No-Show/Transfer Policy

3.1 Cancellation/Amendment by the Guest:

• • Cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival is non-refundable
  • Cancellation between 8 to 14 days before the date of arrival will be subjected to a 50% deduction
  • Cancellations 14 days before the date of arrival will be fully refunded
  • Booking can be amended subject to availability. In the case of immediate non-availability, a credit voucher valid for 3 months will be issued during which safari must be availed or after 3 months from the date of the original booking, the voucher amount will stand forfeited
  • In the case of a no-show or not showing up beyond 45 minutes of safari reporting time, the booking shall be treated as cancelled, and no refund will be granted.
  • Booking is not transferable. Only the person who has booked or in whose name the safari is booked must be present to avail the safari.

3.2 Cancellation by the Firm:

• • The Firm reserves the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters, insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Guest, but no further liability shall be accepted.

3.3 Pick-up and Drop Policy:

• • Within a 5 km radius from the pick-up point is free
  • Beyond 5 km but within a 10 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 1000 INR
  • Beyond 10 km but within 20 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 1500 INR
  • Beyond 20 km but within 30 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 2000 INR

Guest must coordinate with Jeep driver and agree on pick-up and drop charges based on the above criteria

4.  Liability and Responsibility

4.1 The Firm will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the Guest during the However, participation in a safari involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• • Wild animal encounters
  • Accidents during transportation
  • Illness or injury due to remote locations and limited medical facilities
  • Effects of weather and natural conditions

4.2 The Guest acknowledges and accepts these risks and agrees to participate in the safari at their own risk.

4.3 The Firm shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained by the Guest during the safari, except to the extent caused by the negligence of the firm, its employees, guides, agents, or representatives.

4.4 Guests are responsible for their own actions and must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Firm’s guides and staff.

5.  Indemnification

5.1 The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm, its employees, guides, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Guest’s participation in the safari, except to the extent caused by the negligence of the firm.

6.  Force Majeure

6.1 The Firm shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or other disruption of the safari due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, and natural disasters (“Force Majeure”).

7.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

8.  Personal Belongings

8.1 The firm shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Guest’s personal belongings during the safari. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own possessions.

9.  Photography and Filming

9.1 The firm may take photographs and videos during the safari for promotional activities. Guests who do not wish to be included in such materials should inform the Firm in writing prior to the safari.

10.  Amendments

10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any Any such amendments will be communicated to the Guest in writing.
