1. Cancellation/Amendment by the Client:
   • Cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival is non-refundable
   • Cancellation between 8 to 14 days before the date of arrival will be subjected to a 50% deduction
   • Cancellations 14 days before the date of arrival will be fully refunded
   • Booking can be amended subject to availability. In the case of immediate non-availability, a credit voucher valid for 3 months will be issued during which safari must be availed or after 3 months from the date of the original booking, the voucher amount will stand forfeited
   • In the case of a no-show or not showing up beyond 45 minutes of safari reporting time, the booking shall be treated as cancelled, and no refund will be granted.
   • Booking is not transferable. Only the person who has booked or in whose name the safari is booked must be present to avail the safari.
2. Cancellation by the Firm:
   • The Firm reserves the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters, insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Client, but no further liability shall be accepted.
3. Pick-up and Drop Policy:
   • Within a 5 km radius from the pick-up point is free
   • Beyond 5 km but within a 10 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 1000 INR
   • Beyond 10 km but within 20 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 1500 INR
   • Beyond 20 km but within 30 km radius from the pick-up point will be charged 2000 INR

Guest must coordinate with Jeep driver and agree on pick-up and drop charges based on the above criteria
